Swedish Winner 2019! / Svensk Vinnare 2019!

So after an successful weekend it might be time for me to introduce our new star, Foulby Chip Off the Old Block, who is called Splinter here at home. This lovely girl has been living with us for a while now and she has settled in perfectly, she and Terra have really found eachother and that might not be that strange since they are practically the same age and both loves to play.

Splinter is still young, still under 2 years of age, but at her first show, that also happened to be Swedish Winner show, she was awarded her first title, SEW-19 on top of the CAC, CACIB and BOS under judge Sara Nordin, Sweden.  The day after was also a good one when she was shown under judge Per Iversen, Norway who awarded her with CAC and BOB.

Thank you Judith Carruthers for making this possible, Splinter is a wonderful bitch and also a joy to live with!

Nu efter en framgångsrik helg så är det kanske dags att prestentera vår nya stjärna, Foulby Chip Off the Old Block eller Splinter som hon kallas vardagligt. Denna härliga hund har bott hos oss ett tag redan och hon passar in perfekt, speciellt med Terra som hon är nästan jämngammal med och som hon älskar att leka med.

Splinter är fortfarande ung, inte ännu fyllda 2 år men på sin första utställning, som även råkade vara Svensk vinnarutställning, så slog hon till med storskräll och fick en titel, SEV-19, förutom cert, CACIB och BIM under Sara Nordin, Sverige. Dagen efter var inte sämre då hon av Per Iversen, Norge tilldelades cert och BIR.

Tack Judith Carruthers för att du gjort detta möjligt, Splinter är en helt fantastiskt fin tik och dessutom helt underbar att leva med!

Cabin / Stuga

Spring is finally here! What could be better than spending time in the cabin, far away from roads and electricity? Silence, good company, happy dogs and a shining fire where you could make some food. It's times like this that I need to re-charge energy, and I think the dogs feels the same way. It was a bit windy and the sun decided to hide while we took pictures, but when going back home to the civilization it decided to give us some rays again.

Våren är äntligen här! Vad skulle då kunn avara bättre än att spendera tid i stugan, långt bort från vägar och elektricitet? Tystnad, trevligt sällskap, nöjda hundar och en sprakande brasa som man kan laga lite mat över. Det är studner som denna som jag behöver för att ladda mina batterier och jag tror att hundarna tycker samma. Just när vi tog bilder så blåste det rätt kraftigt och solen gömde sig bland molnen men när vi åkte tillbaka till civilisationen så beslutade den sig för att titta fram och låta oss njuta av några strålar igen.

Full speed ahead! / Full fart framåt!

I brought the camera for our walk even if i know that the light outside isn't the best for moving pictures this time of year. But walks with 3 dogs in the same age and of the same breed just have to be captured sometimes, they always haves a blast, running, jumping and wrestling and that puts a big smile on my face. It's times like this that makes life with dogs complete!

Jag tog med kameran ut på vår promenad även om det inte är nog med ljus för bilder i rörelse denna tiden på året. Men promenader med 3 hundar isamma åder och av samma ras måste fotograferas ibland, de har alltid så riligt, springer, hoppar och brottas och det gör att jag går runt med ett stort leende i ansiket. Det är sådana gånger som gör livet med hundar komplett!

Water / Vatten

We have had a really hot period this month and we have spent much time in the water. The dogs loves it and they get exercise at the same time as they cool down, usually the whole family joins in and we throw dog toys between us before the dogs retrieves them. Brilliant to have dogs that loves water in times like this!

Vi har haft en riktigt het period denna månad och därför spenderat mycket tid i vattnet. Hundarna älskar det och de får sin träning samtidigt somm de får svalka sig, oftast är hela familjen med och badar så vi kan slänga hundleksaker mellan varandra som hundarna sedan apporterar. Perfekt med hundar som älskar vatten när det är sånthär väder!
