Sucessful weekend! / Framgångsrik helg!

Saturday: Showday in Skellefteå at the Spaniel and Retrieverclub, IWS was judged by Torbjörn Skaar and he placed Jocose Case in Point "Terra" as BOB puppy and Jocose Come Hell or High Water "Reta" got a Prize of honor and second best bitch puppy. In the big ring Terra one again greeted Mr Skaar with a wagging tail and a positive mind, so she ended up as the 3d best puppy at the show when he gave her the BIS3 rosette!

Sunday: IWS was judged by Jetta Tschokkinen at the National show in Piteå. The winner of the day tried to steel the BOB rosette before the judge had even decided who was BOB puppy, and I think all the people around the ring had a good laugh at Jocose Captain Obvious "Otto" who, of course, was given the pink and yellow rosette that he so much wanted.  Jocose Case in Point "Terra" was BOS puppy and Jocose Come Hell or High Water "Reta" second best bitch, the judge said this is what will happened today but you never know what the future brings and they are both lovely bitches.

Thank you so much to the above mentioned judges for thinking so much of our puppies and thank you to my friend and owner of Otto for taking the time to show him. Last but not least I want say to our friends at Hjortronmyren's a big thank you for the good food, company and handling of Terra!

Lördag: SSRK utställning i Skellefteå, IWS dömdes av Torbjörn Skaar och han placerade Jocose Case in Point "Terra" som BIR valp och Jocose Come Hell or High Water "Reta" fick HP och blev andra bästa tikvalp. I stora ringen mötte Terra Herr Skaar med trevligt sätt och vaggadne svans och det resulterade i att hon blev dagens 3e bästa valp av alla anmälda valpar när hon hon fick BIS3 rosetten!

Söndag: IWS dömdes av Jetta Tschokkinen på Piteås Nationella utställning. Vinnare för dagen försökte helt sonika sno till sig rosetten av domaren innan hon beslutat sig för vem som blev BIR-valp och jag tror att alla människor runt ringen skrattade gott åt Jocose Captain Obvious "Otto" som, så klart, fick den rosa gula rosetten han så längtade efter. Jocose Case in Point "Terra" blev således BIM valp  och Jocose Come Hell or High Water "Reta" placerades åter som andra bästa tikvalp.

Tak så mycket till de här ovan nämna domare som visat sin uppskattnign i våra valpar och tack till min vän och ägare till Otto för att du tar dig tid att ställa honom. Sist men inte minst vill jag även säga till våra vänner på Hjortronmyren's ett stort tack för god mat, sällskap och handling av Terra!

Grand slam!

Today we went to a dog show, I had been planning on showing the puppies for a long time but decided to show the grand old lady in veteran class just before the entry closed. The breed judge, Filip Jonsson, was over the moon about our lovely puppies and we got so much appreciation for their look and temperament! 

CIB CIE NORDUCH SeU(u)CH NOUCH FINUCH EECH JWW-10 RLD N&F&A&M CurlyCo Touch of Magic "Fira" got her CK and that also made her BOB and BOB veteran, and since she has her WCC she was allowed to enter the big rig ring also in working BIS. All three puppies was given prize of honor, Jocose Come Hell or High water "Reta" was second best bitch puppy and Jocose Case in Point "Terra" was BOB puppy while  Jocose Captain Obvious "Otto" was BOS puppy.

The big ring started with BIS puppy and Gunnar Norlin put Terra as BIS2! Then we continued with Arvid Göransson who was judging BIS Working and he gave Fira the honor to stand as BIS1 working! Then it was time for Gunnar Norlin again, this time judging BIS veteran, and Fira was again placed, this time as BIS3!

What a day we had!

Idag var vi på utställning, jag ahde länge planerat att ställa valparna men det var i sista sekund innan anmälningen stängde som jag bestämmde att även vår gammeltant skulle få komma med. Rasdomaren, Filip Jonsson, var helt lyrisk över våra valpar och vi fick så mycket uppskattning av både utseende och temperament!

CIB CIE NORDUCH SeU(u)CH NOUCH FINUCH EECH JWW-10 RLD N&F&A&M CurlyCo Touch of Magic "Fira" fick sitt CK och det gjorde henne även BIR och BIR veteran, och eftersom hon har sitt WCC så fick hon gå in i stora ringen även till jakt BIS. Alla 3 valparna fick HP, Jocose Come Hell or High water "Reta" var andra bästa tikvalp och Jocose Case in Point "Terra" blev BIR valp medan  Jocose Captain Obvious "Otto" placerades som BIM valp.

Stora ringen började med BIS valp som dömdes av Gunnar Norlin som placerade Terra som BIS2! Sedan fortsatte det med Arvid Göransson som dömde BIS jakt och gav Fira den stora äran att ställa sig som BIS1 jakt! Sedan var det Gunnar Norlin igen som dömde, denna gång BIS veteran och Fira fick åter en placering, denna gång som BIS3!

Veteran!

We have a veteran in the house! Our multichampion CurlyCo Touch of Magic "Fira" is celebrating her 8th birthday with some delicious treats in the evening after running, jumping and playing tag in the forest.

 Vi har en veteran i huset! Vår multichampion CurlyCo Touch of Magic "Fira" firar sin 8:e födelsedag med smarriga hunddelikatesser på kvällen efter att ha sprungit, hoppat och lekt ta fatt i skogen.

Bye Bye / Hej då

Today we said good bye and good luck to the last of the puppies when the yellow girl moved to her new home. I'm so happy for all the puppies and feel they have gotten the best possible homes, homes where they will be loved as members of their family. Some of the pups will be shown and maybe compete but this haven't been my main goal for them since the time for show and competition is a few days during a whole lifetime and focus is to give each puppy a good life. So good luck to all our puppy owners, don't forget you you have the best dog no matter what!

Idag sa vi hej då och lycka till till den sista av valparna när den gula tiken flyttade till sitt nya hem. Jag är så stolt över hela högen med valpar och det känns osm att de fått de bästa möjliga hem, hem där de blir älskade som en medlem i familjen. Några av valparna kommer visas och kanske även tävlas men detta har inte varit det viktigaste när jag sökt hem åt dem eftersom dagarna med utställning och tävling är få under en hel livstid och fokus ska ligga på att ge varje valp ett gott liv. Så lycka till till alla valpägarna, glöm inte att du har den bästa hunden oavsett vad som händer!

Practice / Träning

Every Sunday the local Spaniel and Retriever club here in town have open practice for their members in an indoor riding arena. We went there last Sunday and then today again, the puppies was so cool with the environment today that I was able to do some practice off leash! Sure made me proud of them all when they behaved like this was the most natural thing to do the second time at practice.

After practice we went to see the horses and they all had a nice moment sniffing and looking at horses and then tasting the straw.

Varje söndag har den lokala Spaniel och Retrieverkluben här istan öppen träning för sina medlemmar i ett ridhus. Vi var dit för första gången i söndags och sedan idag igen, valparna var så trygg med miljön att jag kunde träna med var och en av dem utan koppel en stund! Det gjorde mig verkligen stolt över dem att de betedde sig som att det var den mest naturliga grejen i världen att göra när man är på träning för andra gången i livet. 

Efter träningen så gick vi för att se på hästarna och de hade alla en trevlig stund när de tittade och luktade på hästarna och därefter smakade lite på ensilaget.
